After several months of constant use we said goodbye to our tower crane at the Newtown project, recently. Even with a full road closure, the removal of the crane was a very complex operation, on such a 'tight site'.

After several months of planning and many hours spent in negotiations, the Crane is finally installed and ready to go!
Greenpoint recently completed two further projects for Calvary at Dalton Gardens, Ryde.
The conversion of the Maternal Heart Convent back to 4no Independent Living units (ILUs) involved the complete internal and external refurbishment of this existing building. The second project includes the complete refurbishment of another ILU concurrently.
