Greenpoint have commenced work on two further projects for Calvary at Dalton Gardens, Ryde.

Renowned Aged Care and Retirement Living Provider – Japara Healthcare Ltd, have awarded Greenpoint the Stage 2 works at its Brighton-Le- Sands Aged Care facility.

Following on from a successful Early Contactor Involvement (ECI), Greenpoint has been awarded the full Design and Construction Contract for the new UKO Co-living Boarding House in the Inner West Sydney suburb of Newtown.

Greenpoint has proudly delivered the first project in Uniting’s rollout of Independent Living Upgrade Access & Accessibility Program Works. The general objectives of the Program are to improve the access to units and community facilities, improve and upgrade community facilities and improve the general aesthetics of the Villages.

Greenpoint have commenced work on another Allity Aged Care Project – Bass Hill Aged Care, in Bass Hill NSW. This project takes the Greenpoint tally for Allity up to 8!

Greenpoint has been engaged for Early Works (ECI) for a new 4 storey, 33 unit Boarding House in the Inner West Sydney suburb of Newtown.

Greenpoint has recently completed another project for Aged Care and Retirement Provider – Uniting.   Uniting Wirreanda West Pennant Hills is the second project in this rollout Program.
