Director - Construction
As a co-founder and Director of Greenpoint, Alfredo oversees project delivery in accordance with our client’s requirements and Greenpoint’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
Alfredo has over 24 years of experience in construction project planning and delivery. Greenpoint’s Project Delivery Teams are managed by Alfredo.
Alfredo is actively involved with all Greenpoint’s clients and projects. Alfredo provides clients with surety of delivery and high quality project outcomes.

Director - Commercial
As a co-founder and Director of Greenpoint, Robert directs the daily operations of the business and develops and implements Greenpoint’s strategic planning.
Greenpoint’s Administration and Pre-Construction Team members are managed by Robert. He is actively involved with all Greenpoint’s clients and projects. Robert provides clients with innovative and viable solutions for construction project challenges.
He has over 22 years of experience in the construction and property industry and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Property Development and a Bachelor of Building.

Both Directors are readily accessible and maintain an extremely active role on each project.
Our unique, fluid structure enables Directors to overlap as and when necessary.

Greenpoint has recently been awarded its first project for the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), the Career BOH Student Services Relocation Project on Level 25 of the iconic UTS CB01 Tower Building.
Greenpoint recently completed the refurbishment of the Willandra Aged Care Facility in Marrickville for Allity Aged Care.
Greenpoint has recently completed the Charles Chambers Court Project in Surry Hills. The project included Fire Services Upgrade and other associated works to the six levels of the building including the basement.
