Greenpoint has recently been awarded the first project for DEXUS Funds Management Limited. The Industrial Refurbishment Project is located at Eastern Creek and includes concrete slab rectification works to the Cold Storage Warehouse Facility, external pavement repairs, drainage works and regrading to the landscaped areas.

Greenpoint has recently been awarded the Park Lane Display Suite Project at Arncliffe for Village Building Company Limited. The works include the adaptive re-use of the existing dilapidated commercial building and external areas as the Sales Centre and display rooms for the proposed Park Lane Apartments.
