Description
The Pendle Hill Aged Care Facility works were undertaken in three stages to accommodate the ongoing operation of the residential care facility. The scope of works included: refurbishment of bathrooms; new floor coverings for the whole facility including: bedrooms, common areas and corridors; external works including accessibility works to the entry; and the new covered sitting area.
The works were completed on time and within the allocated budget. The project is another fine example of Greenpoint’s ability to deliver complex refurbishment works in a “live environment”.
