Description
Greenpoint have successfully delivered another Allity Aged Care Project – Coastal Waters Aged Care in Worrowing Heights, NSW (approx. 3-4 hours south of Sydney). This project takes the Greenpoint tally for Allity up to 7!
The refurbishment works included the creation of a new ‘Town Centre’ incorporating a completely new Reception area, Hairdressing Salon, Café (comprising indoor and outdoor covered seating and landscaping) as well as other office and administrative areas. The works included a new entertainment package to the low and high care accommodation rooms, upgrade of common areas and corridors, the entry reception area and external roadworks. Once again the project was completed in multiple stages, whilst the facility was in full operation.
The Greenpoint team continues to demonstrate its project delivery expertise in complex “Live Environments”. The close (day to day) working relationship fostered between Greenpoint Site Staff and Allity Management, is testament to these skills, and even saw the project completed ahead of schedule!
