Description
Greenpoint has recently completed another project for Calvary Retirement Communities Ryde Ltd (Calvary). The project comprised the conversion of the existing Maternal Heart Convent into 4no Independent Living Units at the Dalton Gardens Retirement Village, Ryde NSW.
Careful planning and upfront organisation and Greenpoint’s “can do” attitude saw this project delivered in the challenging time frame requested by the Client.
This project delivered to Greenpoint’s exacting standard; included reconstruction where necessary, a full refurbishment and makeover - including all wet areas, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, as well as external areas. Some re-configuration was necessary also.
Congratulations to the Project Team for enhancing Greenpoint’s reputation for high quality construction work, in the Aged Care environment, in particular the Retirement Living Sector.
