Description
Office fit out to Ground and Level 2 of building and base building upgrade comprising re-roof including structural repair, fire services, new plant and air-conditioning, essential services, male/female bathroom fit out, carpet and ceiling replacement. Asbestos removal was also carried out as part of the scope of work. The Main Switchboard and incoming supply mains were also replaced, this scope included a compliance upgrade to the MSB room too.
