Refurbishment of existing main entry to provide Disabled Access Ramp and new Main Entry including Auto Door and the extension of existing Fire Stair to Ground Floor. In a separate part of this facility, the conversion of an existing laundry area into an extension of the existing Aged Care Dining Room, including a new Commercial Kitchen and Staff bathroom.
