Replacement of existing with a new 500m2 steel cantilevered awning to existing 10 bay Semi Trailer Loading area, incl new reinforced concrete ramp and extensive façade works to pre cast paneling and new Roller Shutters. Tenant (Phoenix) remain in occupation whilst the works progress.
