Description
Since 2009, Greenpoint has delivered delivered 15 projects across the four buildings on the International Grammar School Campus at Ultimo.
In 2015, construction and refurbishment works comprised of works to Head Master and Administration Offices, School Canteen, First Aid Room, Installation of Acoustic Panels, Amenities Upgrades and External Works to Courtyard Areas.
Greenpoint has worked collaboratively with IGS to schedule works around the ongoing operation of the School and has demonstrated its ability to work in restricted “live” operational environments, deliver high quality work in challenging time frames and maximise opportunities in the School Holiday Period to deliver outstanding project outcomes for the School.
