Description
Following our previous experience at UKO Newtown, Greenpoint was engaged initially via Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for this new 3 storey, 22-units UKO Co-Living Boarding House in the Inner West Sydney suburb of Marrickville. The scope included the enabling and completion of all design works and authority approval up to Construction Certificate.
Following on from the successful ECI, Greenpoint was then awarded the full Design and Construction Contract for this exciting project, comprising 22no new custom design “micro living spaces” (apartments), each with ensuites and as well as share community spaces. Whilst an established asset class in Europe and USA, UKO were the first to market in Australia. Greenpoint is excited to have delivered this project and enjoyed working (once again) with Client Project Manager, Construction Assignments on this exciting new project concept.
Construction was successfully completed in June 2021. We have delivered a project that the Greenpoint team are extremely proud of and (most importantly) we have another extremely satisfied Client.
