Description
Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new building comprising a new ‘Vinnies’ Shop, Furniture Store, Offices, amenities, Warehouse/Storage and Sorting facilities on existing ‘Vinnies’ site. Existing Heritage façade was retained and rebuilt to former glory. Includes a 3 storey building, with basement, mezzanine and lift access to each floor. Existing adjacent cottage/offices fully refurbished and linked to new building. Bricks from existing building salvaged/cleaned and reused in new construction.
