4 Storey addition to existing office building, comprising new lift and lobby to each level, complete new fire stair and new entry foyer. Reinforced concrete structure with loadbearing blockwork and Aluminium Framed and Colour Glazed Curtain Walling to façade. Project includes new Disabled ramp access also. The first stage of a significant complete upgrade planned for this 4 storey building.
