Description
Greenpoint has recently completed its first project for the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), the Career BOH Student Services Relocation Project on Level 25 of the iconic UTS CB01 Tower Building.
The project was delivered in a very challenging time frame as the Career Student Services were required to be relocated from a building that was scheduled to be demolished as part of the UTS Central Project.
The Career BOH Student Services project is in alignment with the University’s Master Plan to remove teaching spaces from the CB01 Tower Building and accommodate administration offices.
Level 25 is the third highest level of the tower that is suitable for administration offices. The new Level 25 works includes workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout areas, new floor and wall finishes throughout, new finishes to the perimeter of the core, extensive exposed ceiling services and exposing the structural precast concrete ceiling coffers.
