Greenpoint was initially engaged via Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). Working alongside the Consultant team through design development, we provided cost, programme and buildability advice. Following approval, the ECI engagement was converted to a D&C Lump Sum Contract, and we commenced works on site.
Greenpoint would like to thank all subcontractors and consultants for their efforts in ensuring the design and delivery met the brief.
