Greenpoint is proud to share that it has been awarded the Refurbishment and upgrade project at Aspect – Vern Barnett, located at Forestville, NSW.

In recognition and continuation of our long-standing relationship with Aged Care Provider – Calvary Retirement Communities Ltd, Greenpoint has successfully completed the refurbishment of some 13 Independent Living Units (ILU), this past year or so, at the Dalton Gardens Retirement Village, Ryde NSW.

Greenpoint received Practical Completion for the New UKO CO-Living Boarding House (at Marrickville NSW) recently. Residents are now in occupation, and we are proud to share these images of the finished product.

Following the successful delivery of the new UKO CO-Living Boarding House (at Newtown NSW) recently. Greenpoint has been appointed to complete the Early Works (ECI) for another CO-Living Boarding House; in the Inner West Sydney suburb of Marrickville.
