Consisting of 33 new custom designed micro apartments, each with ensuites and shared community spaces. This new 4 storey building sits impressively on Wilson Street, Newtown.
Following an ECI process and several significant challenges, Greenpoint worked through these successfully and in close collaboration with the project team. Once again; we have delivered a (Design and Construct) product that we are extremely proud of. Most importantly we have an extremely satisfied client.
