Completed over 3 separate projects, the works involved the complete upgrade and refurbishment of multiple Independent Living Units (ILUs) concurrently. Each project was delivered to Greenpoint’s exacting standard, involving reconstruction where necessary, a full refurbishment and makeover - including all wet areas, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, as well as external areas. Some re-configuration was necessary also.
Careful planning and upfront organisation and Greenpoint’s “can do” attitude allowed these projects to be delivered in the challenging time frame requested by the Client.
