The project involves the demolition of the existing Jenny-Lyn Aged Care facility and the construction of a new 3 level building that will tie into the previously completed Stage 1 of the facility.
Stage 2 works will see the addition of the following to the existing facility:
- 25no Aged Care Beds with ensuites,
- Dining, Sitting and Lounge Areas
- Servery and Utility rooms
- Staff Stations
- Covered Terrace/Roof top areas
- Landscaped and external areas

The Japara Brighton-Le-Sands – Stage 2 project is due for in late 2019.
