The project works were completed on schedule and included:
- New Entry, Lounge balcony and Arrival Experience including new Reception area;
- Carpark and Civil Works;
- New Internal Finishes throughout, incorporating the new ‘home-like’ colour scheme,
- New Accessible Bathroom
- New Resident and visitor Café/lounge
- External Works and Courtyard area
