The project will be delivered in a challenging time frame as the Career Student Services are required to be relocated from the CB02 Building that is scheduled to be demolished as part of the UTS Central Project. The project is in alignment with the University’s Master Plan to remove teaching spaces from the CB01 Tower Building and accommodate administration offices.
Level 25 is the third highest level of the tower that is suitable for administration offices.
The proposed new Level 25 works include workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout areas, new floor and wall finishes throughout, new finishes to the perimeter of the core, extensive exposed ceiling services and exposing the structural precast concrete ceiling coffers.
