Greenpoint has completed its first project for renowned Aged Care and Retirement Living Provider – Japara Healthcare Ltd, at its Brighton-Le- Sands Aged Care facility.
The project involved the demolition of the existing Jenny-Lyn Aged Care facility and the construction of a new 3 level building, connecting into the previously completed Stage 1 building.
Stage 2 sees the addition of the following to the existing facility:
- 25no Aged Care Beds with ensuites,
- Dining, Sitting and Lounge Areas
- Servery and Utility rooms
- Staff Stations
- Covered Terrace/Roof top areas
- Landscaped and external areas
- Services infrastructure to the (now) complete building i.e. 30KL Fire Services water tank on the roof
