Our Client, Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is the “largest autism-specific service provider in Australia and has one of the biggest autism-specific school programmes in the world.”
We have been privileged to, not only undertake such a worthwhile project, but also to have continue the fantastic relationship with Client PMs - Construction Assignments.
This exciting project has involved the complete refurbishment, upgrade and new construction works across the whole school, including a major overhaul to each of the existing Playground areas.
Significant planning and design consideration (commenced way back during the ECI phase) and has seen the detailed staging of the works. This has allowed continued and uninterrupted occupation and function, of the school, by Aspect and its stakeholders.
The Greenpoint team remains both humbled and very excited to be undertaking this significant project, for this magnificent client. It is extremely satisfying to know that, when complete, this project will make such a positive difference to the learning environment of these children.
