The project sees Greenpoint return for a second time to this facility to complete Bathroom and Wet Area conversions and enlargement. Further the works include upgrade of existing corridors and the construction of an outdoor covered area for residents in the coming warmer months. As always, the works will be undertaken in stages whilst the facility is in full operation.
Greenpoint continues to demonstrate our project delivery expertise in complex “Live Environments”.
The Bass Hill Aged Care Facility is due for completion later in 2018.
