The conversion of the Maternal Heart Convent back to 4no Independent Living units (ILUs) will see the complete internal and external refurbishment of this existing building. The second project includes the complete refurbishment of another ILU concurrently.

These projects delivered to Greenpoint’s exacting standard; include a full refurbishment and makeover - including all wet areas, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, with some re-configuration.
